TICKOPUR TR 7 is a demulsifying special cleaner concentrate for cleaning and degreasing assembled and disassembled machines, tools, instruments and parts in industry, trade and laboratories. It is designed especially for SONOREX ultrasonic units and is also suitable for immersion and wipe cleaning. When used as directed it supports fast, material-friendly cleaning. The product removes greases, oils, waxes, pigments, solder pastes and drilling, grinding, polishing and lapping residues from metal, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber. TICKOPUR TR 7 solutions act demulsifyingly so oily and greasy contaminants float on the cleaning bath and can be removed quickly and easily, extending bath service life without reducing the effectiveness of light-liquid separators. This liquid concentrate from manufacturer Bandelin is silicate-free and biodegradable. At 1 % dilution the pH is 8,9. Recommended ultrasonic dosage is 0,1–5 %, sonication time 1–10 minutes at 20–80 °C. Suitable for all materials; preliminary resistance tests are advised for sensitive substrates. Pack content is 10 L.
