Description
Tube Clips for Eppendorf Tubes® 5,0 mL secure the snap lid during demanding thermal and handling steps in the laboratory. Used with the matching 5,0 mL snap-lid vessels, the clip supports an extended upper operating temperature of up to 100 °C, while the tubes themselves remain rated from −86 °C. This accessory complements the ergonomic one-handed snap-lid design and helps maintain lid integrity during centrifugation protocols up to the tube rating of 25.000 × g and during heating or cooling cycles. The clips are intended for Eppendorf Quality 5,0 mL tubes manufactured from high-clarity polypropylene free from plasticisers, biocides and mould-release agents. Supplied as a pack of 10 pieces from manufacturer Eppendorf, they are a practical add-on for laboratories that already use conical 5,0 mL tubes compatible with standard 15 mL adapters and racks. Ideal wherever extra lid security and broader temperature flexibility are required without changing tube format.

Questions about Tube Clip for Tubes 5mL,10 pcs.
What is this article?
Tube Clip for Tubes 5mL,10 pcs. is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Eppendorf for laboratory use. It sits in Microcentrifuge & reaction tubes, inside Microplates, PCR & reaction tubes, in Consommables.
A microcentrifuge tube, the familiar 1.5 mL or 2 mL flip-cap tube, holds a small reaction or a spin-down. The cap style, the centrifugal-force rating and whether the tube is low-binding are the specification. A PCR tube is thinner and is a different article.
A microplate is an array of wells so the same step can be done many times. A deep-well plate holds more volume. A PCR plate or a strip of tubes is thin-walled so the temperature of a cycler reaches the liquid quickly. A seal keeps the well from evaporating. The well number, the working volume and whether the plate is skirted for a robot are the choices. Diagnostic test systems are listed under ISO in vitro diagnostic systems. Methods are on PubMed.
