twin.tec® PCR Plate 96 LoBind®, semi-skirted, is a colourless 96-well PCR plate engineered for maximum sample recovery and dependable molecular biology results. With a working volume of 250 µL per well, the plate is delivered PCR clean—batch-tested and certified free from DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors. An exceptionally stable and torsion-resistant polycarbonate frame from manufacturer Eppendorf provides rigidity during handling and thermal cycling, while raised well rims promote effective sealing and help minimise the risk of cross-contamination. The OptiTrack® matrix enables faster well identification and reduces pipetting errors. LoBind® technology maximises recovery rates for better experimental outcomes, and the plate is also well suited to quantitative real-time PCR. Barcoding is available on request. Supplied as a pack of 25 plates, this semi-skirted format supports high-quality PCR and qPCR workflows in research and routine laboratory settings where sample integrity and reproducibility are essential.
