Each well provides a 45 µL working volume, and the plate is delivered PCR clean—batch-tested and certified free from DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors. An exceptionally stable and torsion-resistant polycarbonate frame from manufacturer Eppendorf ensures rigidity during handling and thermal cycling, while raised well rims promote reliable sealing and help reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The OptiTrack® matrix supports faster well identification and fewer pipetting errors. LoBind® technology maximises recovery rates for better experimental results and the format is also ideal for quantitative real-time PCR. Barcoding is available on request. Supplied in packs of 25 plates, this 384-well skirted design suits high-throughput PCR and qPCR workflows in research and routine laboratory environments where sample integrity matters.
