twin.tec® PCR Plate 384 skirted is a colourless high-density PCR plate with colourless wells for secure, high-throughput amplification workflows. The fully skirted design offers robust handling on robotic platforms and thermal cyclers, while integrated 2D SafeCode and high-resolution coding (HRC) ensure reliable plate and sample identification. Codes are positioned on three sides of the plate to support flexible reading orientations, and the ECC 200 error-correction function allows accurate decoding even when up to 30 % of a code is damaged. Plate-specific identification details for documentation purposes are available through the Eppendorf DataPort and can be imported directly into eLabInventory and eLabJournal® software, or transferred to other laboratory database systems. Made from high-quality polypropylene by Eppendorf, the plates are supplied PCR clean to support maximum sample purity. Each pack contains 25 plates, making them practical for routine 384-well PCR, screening campaigns and automated liquid-handling applications in molecular biology and diagnostic laboratories.
