Ultra Clear TP ED 20 TWF EDI 30 UV UF TM is a tap-water-fed ultrapure water system with electronic dispenser (ED) for precise, volume-controlled dosing up to 2,0 l/min. The TWF EDI configuration uses an IONPURE® EDI cell for consistent residual desalination of RO permeate, supplying the 30 l tank at 0,06–0,2 µS/cm. It delivers analytically pure, pyrogen-free water at 0,055 µS/cm (18,2 MΩ·cm) with a production rate of 20 l/h, TOC of 3 ppb, UV irradiation, ultrafiltration and online TOC monitoring. Particle levels are 0,1 µm < 1/ml, endotoxin content is below 0,001 EU/ml, and the water is free from DNase, RNase and DNA. Maximum feed conductivity is 1400 µS/cm. Intuitive software allows immediate dispensing; printer and Modbus interfaces support system integration. Connection is 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz at 0,225 kW; sound pressure is max. 55 dB.
