For use in clean-rooms e.g. in microelectronics, medical technology, pharmaceuticals and food technology. Clean-room suitability was confirmed by the independent Fraunhofer IPA (Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation) with the “Fraunhofer TESTED DEVICE®” certificate. For maximum quality assurance, the drying oven was tested according to a uniform, statistically validated standard according to DIN EN ISO 14644-14. Validity without modifications (e.g. particulate filters). Suitable for air purity class 6 without circulating air or suitable for class 5 with maximum circulating air.
