UV-Compact 63 TOC is a flow-through UV emitter rated at 6300 l/h for disinfection and photo-oxidation aimed at TOC reduction in pure water, ultrapure water and process-water streams. Operating at 170 W with a design dose of 1200 J/m², the single lamp delivers wavelengths of 254 nm and 185 nm. The UV source sits in a pressure-resistant quartz tube inside an externally electropolished stainless-steel housing (1.4301); volume redirection supports high microbial kill rates and TOC abatement. Control electronics are housed separately in a plastics enclosure linked by cable. Horizontal or vertical installation is possible. Key limits include max. operating pressure 10 bar, pressure drop max. 0,1 bar, water temperature max. 35 °C, water flow 105 l/min at 1200 J/m² and T10 = 98 %, lamp life 8000 h, and 2″ connections. Housing water-connection spacing is 1050 mm, overall height 1300 mm, diameter 350 mm; free height above the unit for lamp removal is 2500 mm. Net weight is 9,0 kg.
