Description
Xplorer plus 15–300 µL is a single-channel electronic air-cushion pipette that sets high standards for simplicity, precision and reproducibility in laboratory liquid handling. Intuitive operation is provided by a multifunction rocker with “up is up” and “down is down” logic for aspiration and dispensing, together with a selection dial that gives direct access to all pipetting modes. The self-explanatory colour display has an ergonomic viewing angle for clear readability in any working position and supports nine languages. A spring-loaded tip cone reduces tip-attachment forces on models up to 1,000 µL. The powerful rechargeable battery supports up to eight hours of continuous use and allows pipetting while the instrument is connected to mains power. Pre-programmed and individual adjustments compensate for external conditions such as geographical altitude, high-density liquids or extended tips. Autoclavable lower parts simplify decontamination. Further functions include individual programming, fixed volume settings, password protection, an on/off switch, additional applications and maintenance-interval display.
