DispoDipper LaboPlast is een in een cleanroom vervaardigde wegwerpschephouder voor eenmalige bemonstering van vloeistoffen uit vaten, canisters en andere houders. Gemaakt van blauw transparant polypropylene (PP), toont de geschaalde bemonsteringsbeker van 50 ml het volume in ml en oz voor nauwkeurig meten en vulaanduiding en sluit daarna vloeistofdicht na de bemonstering. Het uit één stuk bestaande ontwerp met gesloten handgreep ondersteunt een veilige hantering; na gebruik kan de handgreep op het vooraf bepaalde breekpunt worden afgebroken, zodat de gesloten beker compact wordt vervoerd zonder kruisbesmetting. Met een dompeldiepte van 270 mm, een totale lengte van 417 mm, een hoogte van 98 mm en een diameter van 40 mm kunnen openingen vanaf 52 mm (2″ vatstop) worden bemonsterd. Geproduceerd en verpakt onder cleanroomklasse 7 en geschikt volgens EU-richtlijnen voor contact met levensmiddelen en FDA-richtlijnen, ondersteunt de blauwe kleur visuele detectie in voedsel-, diervoeder- en farmaceutische omgevingen. Afzonderlijk verpakt en niet-steriel, wordt deze monsternemer van fabrikant Bürkle geleverd in verpakkingen van 20 stuks voor hygiënische routinematige bemonsteringsworkflows.
