DURAN® Spherical Joint Socket, ongeslepen (gepolijst) S 41/25 is een onderdeel van borosilicaatglas 3.3 dat uitsluitend afdicht via een afdichtingsring en niet via een geslepen oppervlak. Er zijn twee opties voor afdichtingsringen beschikbaar: met FEP gecoate siliconenringen of VITON-ringen. De nominale maat weerspiegelt de nominale diameter van het kogelgewricht en, waar van toepassing, de vrije breedte van de buisdiameter.
