De kleurloze punten zijn 175 mm lang en worden geleverd in lila wegwerprekken als een verpakking van 120 punten (5 rekken × 24 punten), die het volumebereik 0.2–5 mL L dekt. Biopur®-kwaliteit betekent dat de punten PCR clean, steriel en vrij van pyrogenen, ATP en DNA zijn, waardoor zij geschikt zijn voor moleculaire biologie, celtechnologie en toepassingen in de farmaceutische en voedingsindustrie.
