HABITAT ferment cct S003 is een besturingseenheidpakket voor bioreactorfermentatie met Zwitserse stekker, ontworpen voor nauwkeurige bewaking en regeling van fermentatieprocessen. De besturingstoren brengt aansluitopties voor gastoevoer, vloeistoftoevoeging, multiparametersensoren en temperatuurregeling samen, plus een gebruiksvriendelijke tablet van 10,4 inch voor intuïtieve bioreactorbediening. Naast de standaard vatpakket-sensoren voor pH, opgeloste zuurstof, temperatuur, niveau en schuim kunnen optionele CO2-, geleidbaarheids- en troebelheidssensoren worden aangesloten. PID-temperatuurregeling werkt onafhankelijk van enkel- of dubbelwandige glazen vaten en vulniveau; met een IKA-thermostaat op dubbelwandige vaten kan de temperatuur vrij worden geregeld van 5 tot 80 °C. De compacte afmetingen zijn 223 × 402 × 450 mm (W × D × H), met connectiviteit waaronder USB, PC, RS232, Ethernet en gegevensopslag.
