LabSen 863 pH-temp.-elektrode is een gecombineerde pH- en temperatuurelektrode, ontwikkeld voor betrouwbare meting van hoge-temperatuur- en alkalische oplossingen, zoals galvaniseerbaden. Vervaardigd met gepatenteerde Zwitserse sensortechnologie en materialen van APERA Instruments, gebruikt hij een gespecialiseerd PHY-glasmembraan dat zeer bestand is tegen chemische corrosie en een lange levensduur ondersteunt in complexe, hete media. Een silver ion trap-referentiesysteem voorkomt verstopping van het diafragma of contaminatie door silver sulphide, terwijl het PTFE-diafragma bestand is tegen verstopping door agressieve chemicaliën. De blauwe gel-KCl-elektrolyt stroomt niet en vermijdt luchtbellen. Een geïntegreerde 30 kΩ NTC-temperatuursensor maakt automatische temperatuurcompensatie mogelijk. De elektrode dekt een meetbereik van 1 tot 13 pH bij aanbevolen temperaturen van 0 tot 130 °C. De loodvrije glazen schacht meet Ø12 × 120 mm. Aansluiting verloopt via BNC voor pH en RCA voor temperatuur, compatibel met Apera Instruments-meters die BNC-connectoren accepteren, waaronder PH850, PC850, PH8500, PC8500, PH700, PH910 en verwante modellen.
