qpore® spuitfilters met een hydrofiel cellulose acetate (CA)-membraan zijn steriele laboratoriumfilters voor monstervoorbereiding en klaring van waterige vloeistoffen. Ze hebben een poriegrootte van 0.22 µm, een membraandiameter van 30 mm en een effectief filtratieoppervlak van ongeveer 4.6 cm², voor typische volumes van 1.5 tot 100 ml. Lage eiwitbinding maakt ze geschikt voor steriele en heldere filtratie van kweekmedia, buffers en algemene waterige oplossingen. Een stevige polypropylene-behuizing geclassificeerd tot 7.5 bar ondersteunt snelle filtratie, en een laag dood volume beperkt monsterverlies. De filters zijn nitraatvrij, stabiel bij pH 3–7 en vrij van DNA, DNase, RNase en pyrogenen.
