Raise3D DF2 Totaalpakket
Het totaalpakket bevat de DF2-printer, het automatische harsbijvulstation, de finish box, de DF Wash-reinigingseenheid met accessoires en de DF Cure-uithardingseenheid.
De Raise3D DF2 is een krachtige Digital Light Printing (DLP) hars-3D-printer die speciaal is ontworpen voor de productie van prototypes, productiegereedschappen en kleine series. Met een resolutie van 2560x1440, contourcompensatie en anti-aliasing produceert de DF2 zeer gedetailleerde prints met gladde oppervlakken. De in de bouwplaat geïntegreerde RFID-technologie slaat relevante parameters voor het print-, was- en uithardingsproces op en leest deze uit, wat fouten vermindert en tijd bespaart. De DF Wash en de DF Cure-uithardingseenheid vereenvoudigen de nabewerking aanzienlijk. De bouwplaat met de prints wordt direct in de DF Wash geplaatst en het reinigen wordt gestart. De DF Cure droogt en hardt de gereinigde onderdelen uit. De instellingen worden door het contact van de bouwplaat ook overgedragen aan de DF Cure.
