Opgebouwd met een behuizing van epoxyhars, meet hij Ag⁺ van 1 M tot 1 × 10⁻⁶ M (107900 tot 0.11 mg/L) en S²⁻ van 1 M tot 1 × 10⁻⁷ M (32100 tot 0.003 mg/L). De aanbevolen pH-vensters zijn 2 tot 8 voor silver en 12 tot 14 voor sulphide; het bedrijfstemperatuurbereik loopt van 0 tot 80 °C, met benaderende hellingen van +56 mV (Ag⁺) en −28 mV (S²⁻) per decade. De sonde meet een onderdompelingsdiepte van Ø 12 mm × 120 mm en wordt geleverd met een coaxiale kabel van 1 m die eindigt in een BNC-connector. Volledige celwerking vereist referentie-elektrode HI5315.
