SONOREX TECHNIK OX 75 olieafscheider is een afscheider voor olie en zwevende stoffen om de levensduur te verlengen en het bruikbare volume van waterige reinigingsvloeistoffen te vergroten. Wanneer een demulgerend ultrasoon reinigingsconcentraat wordt gebruikt, stijgt verwijderde olie naar het badoppervlak en wordt via de overloopzak van het ultrasoonbad naar de afscheider geleid. Kamer 1 fungeert als de scheidingskamer met inlaat G 1 en olieaftap G ¾; kamer 2 dient als opvangvat met dompelpomp, niveauregeling en een kogelkraan G ½ voor het terugvoeren van vloeistof naar de ultrasoontank, inclusief een filtereenheid met 9 ¾” gewikkelde patroon. Het vatsamenstel inclusief het deksel is vervaardigd uit roestvast staal 1.4404, en de aftap is een galvanisch gecoate messing kogelkraan G ½. Deze Bandelin-eenheid is bedoeld voor continue olieafscheiding naast ultrasone reinigingsbaden. De werkcapaciteit is 60 l; het nettogewicht is 70 kg en het brutogewicht 94 kg.
