testo 205 is een gecombineerd pH- en temperatuurmeetinstrument ontworpen voor betrouwbare metingen in halfvaste media. Het wordt veel gebruikt voor het bewaken van vleeskwaliteit en rijpingsgraad in slagerijen, slachthuizen en vleesverwerkende bedrijven, waar zowel pH als temperatuur kritische procesparameters zijn. Een ingebouwde temperatuursensor zorgt voor nauwkeurige temperatuurcompensatie voor accurate pH-meetwaarden. De onderhoudsvrije pH-sonde gebruikt een gelelektrolyt die lekvrij en bestand tegen verontreiniging is; het gatdiafragma maakt snelle, betrouwbare pH-meting mogelijk. De gecombineerde pH-tip met temperatuursensor is door de gebruiker vervangbaar, waardoor het niet nodig is het volledige instrument te vervangen. pH en temperatuur worden gelijktijdig weergegeven op het verlichte display. Automatische eindwaardeherkenning (Auto-Hold) bevriest de meetwaarde zodra deze stabiel is en signaleert gereedheid met een hoorbare toon.
