UniSampler EX, compleet is een specifieke vloeistofmonsternemer voor het nemen van monsters van brandbare vloeistoffen van gevarenklasse AI (VbF), zoals petrol, vanaf een nauwkeurig gedefinieerde diepte. De glazen fles en de aanzuigslang zijn elektrisch geleidend en met elkaar verbonden, en het samenstel is geaard via een aardkabel zodat elektrostatische gevaren tijdens de monstername worden beheerst. Een met de hand bediende vacuümpomp zuigt de vloeistof aan zodat het medium alleen de aanzuigslang en de oorspronkelijke monsterfles raakt, wat een schone overdracht naar het opvangvat ondersteunt. De complete set van fabrikant Bürkle wordt geleverd in een handige transportkoffer en omvat een NBR-slang van 4 m, een glazen fles van 1000 ml, een flessenadapter, een flessenvoet, een vacuümpomp, een aardkabel en een messing slanggewicht. De bediening is eenvoudig: aard het apparaat, laat de aanzuigslang zakken tot de vereiste diepte, plaats de adapter op de monsterfles, genereer vacuüm met de handpomp en neem het monster, en verwijder, sluit en etiketteer daarna de gevulde fles. PTB-goedkeuring D-333-009 618/00 onderstreept de geschiktheid voor gecontroleerde monstername van brandbare vloeistoffen in laboratorium- en industriële omgevingen.
