Hoekventielkraan PRODURAN® met een doorlaat van 0–6 mm is een precisielaboratoriumcomponent voor fijn doseren en regelen van gassen en vloeistoffen. Een in hoogte verstelbare spindel met geïntegreerde fijne schroefdraad maakt de fijnste instelling van de ventielopening mogelijk. In combinatie met dikwandige aansluitingen is het ventiel geschikt voor hoogvacuüm en goed geschikt voor inbouw in glazen apparatuur die bij vacuümwerk wordt gebruikt, waaronder Schlenk-lijnen, vacuüm-inertgasleidingen en stikstofverdeelstukken. De composietconstructie van DURAN®-glas, metaal en kunststoffen zorgt ervoor dat media die door het ventiel stromen alleen DURAN®-glas en PTFE raken, waardoor vetvrije werking op het gepolijste kraanoppervlak mogelijk is. Gefabriceerd door Duran/DWK Life Sciences, is het handige ontwerp gemakkelijk los te maken en te demonteren; een anti-losdraaibeveiliging voorkomt het volledig terugtrekken van de ventielpen, terwijl de verstelbare pen zelf de levensduur verlengt.
