AHN myPlate® deep-wellplaten 2.2 mL in het KingFisher-formaat zijn 96-wells polypropylene microplaten voor monsterverwerking, reagensopslag en geautomatiseerde liquid-handlingworkflows. Geproduceerd in een klasse 100K-cleanroom, zijn deze naturelkleurige platen gecertificeerd vrij van antropogeen en niet-antropogeen DNA, DNases, RNases en endotoxinen, ter ondersteuning van contaminatiegevoelige moleculaire toepassingen. Volledig autoclaveerbaar en thermostabiel tot 121 °C, maken zij handige sterilisatie en decontaminatie na gebruik mogelijk en blijven zij geschikt voor protocollen bij hoge temperatuur. Uitstekende koudestabiliteit maakt veilige opslag van monsters en reagentia tot –80 °C mogelijk. Een alfanumerieke code met reliëf vereenvoudigt het volgen van wells, terwijl licht verhoogde randen rond elke wellopening helpen kruiscontaminatie te beperken.
