Met een nominaal volume van 300 µl zijn ze gevormd uit zuiver, niet-bevochtigbaar polypropylene dat autoclaveerbaar is tot 121 °C en een weinig-bindend oppervlak biedt om monsterretentie aan de binnenwand te verminderen. Een verbeterde conusgeometrie zorgt voor een stevige passing op compatibele pipetten en ondersteunt een lichte, gecontroleerde puntafwerping na gebruik.
