CHROMABOND SiOH columns are solid-phase extraction columns intended for laboratory sample preparation and clean-up prior to chromatographic analysis. This format provides a 15 mL column volume filled with 2000 mg of unmodified silica (SiOH) sorbent, offering higher capacity for larger sample loads or more demanding enrichment steps in normal-phase SPE. The polypropylene housing is equipped with polyethylene filter elements to retain the sorbent bed during solvent flow.
