CKT 40M verified bench/checkweighing scale (CRUISER) is a compact industrial weighing instrument with a maximum capacity of 40 kg and a readability of 10 g (0,01 kg). Its stainless steel weighing pan measures 300 × 210 mm and is mounted on a robust ABS housing built for demanding production and workshop environments. Colour-highlighted keys and a backlit LCD that changes colour when preset checkweighing limits are reached give operators immediate visual feedback; an acoustic alarm can also be activated for checkweighing. Functions cover weighing, piece counting, checkweighing and counting, accumulation memory, percent weighing and net total calculation. Internal counting resolution reaches 1:600.000, with preset tare, automatic power-off and external calibration using adjustment weights. A sealed keypad protects against dirt and accidental splashes, while drain channels keep splash water out of the instrument interior. Height-adjustable rubber feet provide a secure stance. RS-232 is included as standard and USB is available as an option. An internal rechargeable battery (approx. 90 hours) from manufacturer AE Adam supports cordless use almost anywhere. Supplied as one unit for verified bench and control weighing tasks.
