Beschrijving

ClassicLine body emergency shower with eye shower is a surface-mounted wall unit for laboratories and technical areas requiring combined body and eye rinsing. Upper and lower 3/4-inch IG water connections with a stainless-steel plug allow integration into circulation lines. A green powder-coated stainless-steel wall flange with four fixing holes incorporates a plug connection and automatic 50 L/min flow regulator for a standards-compliant body spray at 1,5 to 3 bar flowing pressure. The quick-mount 3/4-inch stainless-steel system, DIN-DVGW-tested ball valve with pull-rod actuation and 700 mm ring-handle rod feed the 625 mm projection shower arm and black high-performance plastic head, which is corrosion-resistant, largely scale-free and self-draining. A 1500 mm connecting pipe links to a second wall flange. The integrated ClassicLine eye shower carries two 45° wide-spray heads with plastic spray plates, rubber protection and folding dust covers, operated by a 1/2-inch stainless-steel ball valve with PUSH lever and long-afterglow PUSH plate. An automatic 14 L/min regulator supports a norm-compliant pattern at 1 to 5 bar; recommended installation height is 810 mm (± 100 mm). DIN EN ISO 7010 signs are included. Compliant with DIN EN 15154, ANSI Z358.1 and related rules, this unit from manufacturer B-SAFETY is supplied as 1 piece.

Questions about ClassicLine body safety shower with eye shower for wall mounting surface-mounted

What is this article?

ClassicLine body safety shower with eye shower for wall mounting surface-mounted is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes B-SAFETY for laboratory use. It sits in Eye wash stations & bottles, inside Emergency & first aid, in Veiligheid.

An eye-wash bottle is a sterile saline ready to flush an eye, and it expires. A plumbed eye-wash station supplies a stated flow for a stated time. The bottle is the portable answer. The station is the fixed one. Either has to be reachable within seconds, with the seal intact and the date still valid.

Emergency equipment is what is used in the first minute: an eye-wash bottle or a plumbed station for a splash, a first-aid kit, a fire blanket or an extinguisher of the class that matches the fuel. The eye wash has to be reachable and, if it is a bottle, within its expiry. A station that is blocked by a trolley is not a station. Practice is described by EU-OSHA on dangerous substances. The chemical that caused the splash is classified under the CLP Regulation.
