CO2 Incubator ICO150 is a laboratory CO2 incubator with TwinDISPLAY and a chamber volume of 156 l for reliable cultivation under defined atmosphere conditions. The setting temperature range is 18 °C to 50 °C, while the working temperature extends from 5 °C above ambient to 50 °C. CO2 concentration is adjustable from 0 % to 20 % using dual-beam NDIR measurement. A Peltier-based humidity limitation keeps relative humidity at 93 % rh ± 2,5 % when the water dish is filled and inserted. Temperature is managed by an electronic microprocessor controller with Pt100 sensor and integrated self-diagnosis. Construction includes a fully insulated stainless-steel door, heated inner glass door, six-sided all-round heating, and stainless-steel housing and interior. The unit comes with one water dish and two stainless-steel perforated shelves, multiple over-temperature protection and under-temperature alarm, plus a stored sterilisation programme. A factory calibration certificate for +37 °C and 5 % CO2 is provided. Exterior dimensions are 719 × 1070 × 591 mm; interior 560 × 700 × 400 mm. Supply voltage is 230 V, 50/60 Hz with maximum power consumption of approximately 1500 W. The incubator is from manufacturer Memmert.
