Compacte oogdouche 1/2 IG is een laboratoriumveiligheids-oogspoelunit ontworpen voor aansluiting op bestaande uitlaten. Hij bevat een geïntegreerde BALLOFIX-kogelkraan voor sproeiregeling samen met een zelfklevend instructiebord en twee douchekoppen (dubbele sproeiers). Dit compacte model van fabrikant Windaus (Winlab®) is bedoeld voor handgebruik en niet voor wandmontage. Een vergrendelbare trekkerhendel maakt bediening met één hand mogelijk, zodat de vrije hand beschikbaar blijft in een noodgeval. De 1.5 m met roestvast staal omhulde siliconenslang, ingebouwde debietbegrenzer en terugslagklep maken het mogelijk de douche naar een liggende persoon te brengen. Extreem brede sproeikoppen bevochtigen beide ogen en het volledige gezicht met een zachte waterstraal; zachte rubberen beschermingen helpen letsel bij contact te voorkomen, terwijl afsluitdoppen tijdens gebruik automatisch wegvallen om de koppen schoon te houden.
