Eppendorf Conical Tubes 15 mL with 2D SafeCode are sterile, colourless centrifuge tubes supplied free of pyrogens, DNase, RNase and DNA for high-purity sample handling. Two-stage coding combines a machine-readable 2D code with human-readable characters, while ECC 200 error correction still allows reliable readout even when up to 25 % of the code is damaged. Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene, the tubes are ready to use and support secure sample identification across centrifugation, storage and transport steps. The pack comprises 500 tubes in ten bags of 50, a convenient format for high-throughput and routine laboratory work. From manufacturer Eppendorf, lot-specific vessel data can be retrieved via the Eppendorf dataport for complete documentation, and codes plus associated information can be imported directly into eLabInventory and eLabJournal software. Net weight is 3,492 kg with a packaging volume of 0,031 m³.
