Autoclavable and individually calibrated to ISO 8655, every unit includes a calibration certificate and dispenses exact, consistent aliquots across its adjustable range. All wetted parts are fabricated from PTFE, FEP, PFA and borosilicate glass, ensuring excellent chemical resistance. The springless PTFE valve block delivers leak-free operation and a wiper-like piston action suitable for crystalline liquids. A PTFE piston with Viton O-ring supports high accuracy and smooth, fatigue-free movement with minimal force. The dosing cylinder is protected by a polypropylene sleeve that contains fragments should the glass break. Large dual-sided volume scales permit quick, effortless reading. The bottle-neck adapter rotates through 360° for discharge in any direction, while a 180° adjustable rotary knob enables rapid, reliable volume setting. A cap on the outlet tube reduces air contact and prevents drying-out. Four adapters (28, 38, 40 and 45 mm) accommodate nearly all common bottle openings.
