Dosing pump SIMDOS® 10, FEM1.10FT.18S PTFE is a chemically resistant diaphragm dosing pump engineered for precise liquid dosing duties. It delivers an adjustable flow of 1–100 ml/min with water at 20 °C and zero head, a pressure head of 60 mWS and a suction height of 3 mWS. The pump head is executed entirely in PTFE, paired with a PTFE working diaphragm and FFKM valves for excellent chemical inertness. Flow is set manually (version S); an extra safety diaphragm maximises protection, while membrane replacement is facilitated by the built-in maintenance command. Hose connection measures ID 4 / AD 6 mm. The compact housing measures 93 × 144 × 150 mm and weighs 0,9 kg. Media temperatures from +5 to +80 °C are permissible. Supplied by manufacturer KNF complete with suction filter, two metres of tubing and power supply, the unit is immediately ready for laboratory or industrial dosing tasks that demand high chemical resistance and simple serviceability.
