DURAN® reactievat met vlakke flens DN 100, 500 mL, flens met groef is een reactievat met groot volume dat dient als robuust alternatief voor rondbodemkolven. Vervaardigd uit borosilicaatglas 3.3, bestaat het uit een bodemdeel en een deksel verbonden door een klemring. Een pakking of slijpvets voorkomt dat de geslepen vlakken vastlopen. Diverse standaardslijpstukken in het deksel maken combinatie met druppeltrechters, roerassen en andere laboratoriumaccessoires mogelijk. De flens heeft een groef die een O-ring opneemt en zo een veilige sluiting waarborgt. Geometrie en massieve wanddikte maken het vat druk- en vacuümbestendig, waardoor veilig gebruik tot het technisch maximaal bereikbare vacuüm mogelijk is wanneer de relevante veiligheidsinstructies in acht worden genomen.
