Flexsafe® RM 10 L optical ViaMass single-use bioreactor bags are designed for cell cultivation with low shear stress using rocking motion mixing technology. Optical bags feature integrated single-use opto-chemical pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) sensors that are already pre-calibrated. Used together with the Biostat® RM control tower, they allow high-end cultivation with full process automation. The Flexsafe® RM range spans sizes from 2 L to 200 L and fits Biostat® RM bioreactors from manufacturer Sartorius. This 10 L optical ViaMass configuration is supplied as a pack of 5 pieces for laboratories and bioprocess environments that require gentle mixing and online optical sensing. Bags up to 50 L size are also available with screw caps (38 mm diameter) for insertion or removal of larger objects such as microcarriers inside a laminar flow cabinet. The single-use format supports streamlined setup while maintaining compatibility with automated Biostat® RM control workflows for cell culture applications.
