The package unites the Alpha 2-4 LSCplus base unit with an innovative acrylic-glass LyoCube drying chamber, delivering excellent visibility, easy sample access and precise process control in a compact footprint. Heat-able shelves with Wireless Shelf Technology (WST) operate up to +60 °C without cabling, while the ice condenser reaches approximately –85 °C and offers a capacity of max. 4 kg with a performance of max. 3 kg/24 h. Compared with basic models, this configuration from manufacturer Christ provides greater performance reserves, stainless-steel components on condenser, chamber and drain valve, and rapid hot-gas defrosting. The LSCplus controller features intuitive touch operation, clear process visualisation, multi-language interface, password protection and full data transparency including histories and trends. The complete Cube II package includes the freeze dryer, LyoCube acrylic frame with three heatable shelves, electromagnetic pressure-control valve, VCP 63 vacuum sensor, vacuum hose and 9 m³/h vacuum pump. Dimensions are 390 × 415 × 555 mm; weight is approximately 60 kg at 1,7 kVA / 230 V / 50 Hz with natural refrigerant.
