Verwarmingsmantel PILZ® Classic-Line LG2ER met vermogensregelaar is bedoeld voor rondbodemkolven van 100 ml met een diameter van 64 mm. Hij werkt op 230 VAC met een nominaal vermogen van 100 W en een maximaal toelaatbare bedrijfstemperatuur van 450 °C. Het verwarmingslichaam is handgebreid van glaszijde en ondergebracht in een poedergecoate, robuuste metalen behuizing met hoge chemische bestendigheid. Een tweedelig ontwerp met een vloeistofdicht bovendeel, permanent aangebrachte waarschuwingsmededelingen met volumemarkering en schakelaars in veiligheidsuitvoering helpen beschermen tegen onbedoelde bediening. De bediening omvat een hoofdschakelaar aan/uit, een geïntegreerde mechanische vermogensregelaar voor continue vermogensselectie van 0–100 % en een verwarmingszoneschakelaar met geïntegreerde statuslamp “Heating” voor zone 1 of zones 1+2.
