Verwarmingsband PILZ® WBS siliconengeïsoleerd is een flexibele verwarmingsband voor laboratorium-, proefinstallatie- en industrieel gebruik waar snelle opwarming of verhoogde temperaturen vereist zijn. Hij levert een nominaal vermogen van 1340 W bij ongeveer 100 W/m en ondersteunt een maximale bedrijfstemperatuur van 200 °C op 230 V AC. Vier verwarmingsgeleiders zijn ingebed in silicone-isolatie en afgewerkt met een buitenste vlecht van vertinde koperdraden die beschermingsaardecontinuïteit en vochtbescherming biedt. De band is 13.5 m lang, meet 13 × 5 mm in doorsnede en blijft uiterst flexibel met een minimale buigradius groter dan 9 mm, wat een eenvoudige montage op leidingen, vaten en complexe geometrieën mogelijk maakt. Een af fabriek gemonteerde aansluitleiding van 1.5 m maakt de eenheid aansluitklaar.
