IoT-Line floor scale KERN BFC 4T-4D is a networkable industrial floor scale for hygienic weighing and connected data workflows in laboratory and production environments. The weighing plate has a smooth surface screwed from above, so it can be removed easily and cleaned thoroughly to support high hygiene standards. Four silicone-coated alloy steel load cells provide dust and splash water protection to IP67. The evaluation device follows the KERN KFC-TM concept and delivers the comfortable operating philosophy of the IoT-Line series from manufacturer Kern. Industry 4.0 connectivity is realised through the KERN Universal Port (KUP), enabling exchange of data and control commands via one interface on the housing or, with the KUP Extension Box, via three interfaces in parallel. A standard real-time clock timestamps weighing results accurately and continues with the correct time even after a power interruption. A table stand including wall bracket for the display unit and a protective working cover are included as standard. Supplied as 1 pc, the scale has a net weight of 150 kg and a gross weight of 205 kg.
