Door de optionele voorafgaande verrijkingsstap met de Vivaspin® 20 of Vivaspin® 6 is het startvolume voor de DNA-extractie flexibel. U heeft de mogelijkheid om een testvolume van 200 µl tot 18 ml te analyseren, wat de hoogste gevoeligheid garandeert. De kit bevat alle essentiële componenten in een functiegeteste, kant-en-klare mastermix, inclusief de polymerase.
