Nalgene™ polypropylene maatcilinder, 50 ml is een robuuste volumetrische cilinder ontworpen voor nauwkeurig meten en mengen in de dagelijkse laboratoriumpraktijk. Vervaardigd uit polypropylene (PP), combineert hij ingegoten schaalverdelingen, een brede schenktuit en een grote blauwe zeshoekige voet die kantelen tijdens vullen en gieten tegengaat. Het nominale volume is 50 ml met een tolerantie van ±0.5 ml bij nauwkeurigheidsklasse B; de schaal loopt van 3 ml tot 50 ml in stappen van 1 ml. De kalibratie is om te bevatten en om af te geven, zodat hetzelfde vat kan worden gebruikt voor zowel het vasthouden als het doseren van gedefinieerde volumes. Het product voldoet aan CFR 21 Part 177.152, ASTM Class B E 1272 en ISO 6706.
