Horizontal vessels can be clamped between the opposing bars, while tall upright containers are held securely by the combined strip arrangement. The maximum distance between the h and v strips is 60 mm, giving a defined working range for common laboratory glassware and plasticware. Extra strips can be added so that the rack remains adaptable to other vessel formats. Net weight is 3,6 kg and gross weight 4,5 kg for the complete set.
