De oplossingen zijn geproduceerd in ROTIPHORESE® kwaliteit en zijn perfect op elkaar afgestemd - voor superieure, reproduceerbare kwaliteit en hoge sequentieresolutie. Bovendien maakt het ROTIPHORESE®Sequencing-systeem flexibele aanpassing aan de gewenste gvariant mogelijk, zodat naast de acrylamideconcentratie ook de ureumhoeveelheid kan worden gevarieerd. Door gebruik te maken van het ROTIPHORESE®Sequencing gel bufferconcentraat en ROTIPHORESE®Sequencing gelverdunner in de set, worden gels met 50 % ureumgehalte verkregen. Door toevoeging van gedefinieerde hoeveelheden ROTIPHORESE®10x TBE-buffer of water kan het ureumgehalte worden gereduceerd tot maximaal 40 %.
De hantering is uiterst eenvoudig: Meet en meng bepaalde hoeveelheden van alle drie componenten, voeg APS en TEMED toe en giet de gel. Wij raden aan de Carl ROTH sequencings-elektroforesekamer (Art. nr. AE28) te gebruiken.
