ROTIPHORESE® unit PROfessional IEF, complete set, incl. verstelbare elektroden, veiligheidsdeksel, uitneembare keramische koelplaat (26 x 26 cm), rehydratatietray en focustray voor maximaal twaalf IPG-strips, één glazen elektrodeframe, voedingskabelset (2 mm stekker), één paar buisadapters met ventiel.
Voor voorgemaakte horizontale gels van alle typen en voor isoelectrische focussing (IEF).De unit is een ideaal instapmodel voor zowel occasionele als onervaren IEF-gebruikers. De vlakbed-elektroforese-unit, uitgerust met rehydratatie- en focustrays, is geoptimaliseerd voor snelle, eenvoudige en reproduceerbare isoelectrische focussing (IEF) met IPG (immobiliseerde pH-gradient) strips. Kan ook worden gebruikt met voorgemaakte IEF- of PAGE-gels.De uitneembare koelplaat van speciaal keramiek zorgt voor effectieve warmteafvoer en -regeling. Een optionele recirculerende koeler (bijv. PE51.1) kan snel en eenvoudig worden aangesloten op de koelplaat om optimale bedrijfstemperaturen te garanderen voor hoogspannings-elektroforese. De verstelbare “pick-and-place” elektroden en klembare elektrodeframe zorgen voor flexibel, applicatiespecifiek gebruik.
