Safety Cap VI, GreenLine, GL45, PEEK, PFAS-analyse is een schroefdop met hoge capaciteit, ontworpen voor veilige HPLC-oplosmiddeltoevoer en PFAS-analytische workflows. Hij bevat een vrij draaibare PEEK-kern met inwendige UNF ¼'' 28G-schroefdraad voor het aansluiten van capillairen en een ontluchtingsventiel, gecombineerd met een GL 45-flesschroefdraad. De set omvat één ontluchtingsventiel, één vervangingsindicator, zes PE-fittingen van 1.6 mm OD, zes van 2.3 mm OD, zes van 3.2 mm OD, vijf PE-blindpluggen en een etiketteringsveld. Vrij van polyhalogenolefins en volledig PFAS-vrij gebruikt de dop een PEEK-kern en PE-fittingen die bestand zijn tegen agressieve organische oplosmiddelen. De 360° draaibare schroefsluiting is bestand tegen autoclaveren tot 200 °C en zorgt voor betrouwbare drukegalisatie via het geïntegreerde ventiel met vervangingsindicator. Conform DIN 38407-42, DIN 38414-14 en EU Directive 202/2184 blokkeert deze GreenLine-uitvoering van fabrikant SCAT doeltreffend schadelijke dampen, beschermt HPLC-systemen tegen verontreiniging en biedt een overzichtelijke, kleurvriendelijke aansluitingsindeling voor meerlijns oplosmiddeltoevoer in veeleisende laboratoriumomgevingen.
