Overall length is 375 mm, with a 300 mm handle, spoon blade 68 mm long and 48 mm wide, so deeper vessel floors and containers with narrow openings can be reached comfortably. Grip notches keep the one-way spoon secure in the hand during sampling. Manufactured by Bürkle in a cleanroom class 7 (10.000) environment, each unit is individually packed and sterilised for single use. The design complies with EU food-contact and FDA guidelines and suits sensitive workflows in pharma, chemistry, cosmetics, feed and food & beverage.
