seal-it safety seal is a red self-adhesive tamper-evident label measuring 178 × 30 mm for secure sealing of retention samples and other containers. Retention samples only prove identity when packages are clearly marked and sealed; many vessels lack lugs for conventional seals. seal-it from manufacturer Bürkle bonds permanently to common container surfaces and cannot be removed intact. Once applied over an opening, the package cannot be opened without destroying the label. Multiple transverse perforations tear immediately on manipulation, similar to a vehicle vignette. An aluminium foil backing conforms easily to irregular contours. The white writing field accepts standard writing instruments for content, sampling date, operator name and similar data. Consecutive numbering plus a matching control label for accompanying documents ensure unambiguous identification. Tear-off perforation separates each label. Suitable for bottles, sample bags, sacks, merchandise sample pouches, envelopes and virtually any package requiring a reliable, visible seal.
