SONOREX TECHNIK ZM 212 UL is een tweedelig hoogwaardig ultrasoonbad met bodem- en zijsonicatie, zonder verwarming, bedoeld voor industriële reiniging, service en onderhoud. De gelaste oscillerende tank is vervaardigd uit 2 mm roestvast staal 1.4404 voor duurzaamheid bij intensief gebruik. Een geïntegreerde overloopzak maakt aansluiting van een olieafscheider mogelijk; een sproeipijp verwijdert drijvende oliën van het vloeistofoppervlak naar die zak. Een vulniveau-schakelaar beschermt tegen droogloop, en in hoogte verstelbare voeten ondersteunen een stabiele installatie. Afgeronde hoeken en een hellende tankbodem ondersteunen reiniging, geluidsverdeling en volledige lediging. Binnenafmetingen zijn 750 × 650 × 500/520 mm met een badvolume van 285 l. Nominaal vermogen is 3000 W met 12000 W ultrasoon piekvermogen. De afzonderlijke generator van fabrikant Bandelin biedt continue vermogensregeling, een seriële interface en afstandsbedieningsaansluiting; meerdere tanks kunnen één generator delen. Afvoer verloopt via een 3-wegkogelkraan G 1 met slang en 1″ slangaansluitstuk. Bijpassende manden, deksels en concentraten zijn verkrijgbaar als accessoires.
