Ultrasone materiaaldiktemeter SAUTER TO 100-0.01EE is een handzaam premiuminstrument voor het meten van materiaaldikte volgens de echo-echo-methode. Nieuwe NT-meettechnologie biedt automatische sensoraanpassing met V-path-correctie voor verbeterde nauwkeurigheid en snellere weergavereactie. Dubbele meetmodi omvatten pulse-echo-werking tot 600 mm en echo-echo-werking tot 100 mm. Echo-echo-meting bepaalt de ware wanddikte onafhankelijk van coatings zoals verf of corrosiewerende lagen, zodat buiswanden niet-destructief kunnen worden gecontroleerd zonder de coating te verwijderen. Geschikte materialen zijn onder meer metaal, kunststof, keramiek, composieten, epoxy en glas. De hoge-precisie-modus schakelt de afleesbaarheid van 0.1 mm naar 0.01 mm. Een TFT-kleurendisplay (320×240) met instelbare helderheid ondersteunt duidelijke aflezing onder uiteenlopende omstandigheden. Het interne geheugen slaat tot 100 gegevensreeksen van elk 100 waarden op. De voeding komt van 2× AA-batterijen voor ten minste 30 uur werking, met instelbare auto-off en stand-by. USB-gegevensinterface, drievoudige kalibratie, standaard-/scan-/verschilmodi en programmeerbare grensalarmen zijn inbegrepen. Menutalen zijn DE, EN, FR, ES en IT.
