Beschrijving
Universal oven UF75plus is a forced-air universal oven with a 74 l stainless-steel interior for drying, heating and thermal processing in the laboratory. The temperature setting range is +20 °C to +300 °C; the working range extends from at least 10 °C above room temperature up to +300 °C. TwinDISPLAY ControlCOCKPIT provides clear process supervision, with electronically adjustable exhaust flap and fan speed adjustable from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % increments. Two grid shelves and a stainless-steel door are included. Ethernet connectivity supports readout of protocol data, programme transfer and online logging, while a USB port on the ControlCOCKPIT allows use of a USB stick. Multiple overtemperature protection, an integrated data logger with capacity for at least ten years, adjustment of three calibration values on the ControlCOCKPIT, and a factory calibration certificate for +160 °C complete the control package. Structured stainless-steel housing dimensions are 585 x 944 x 514 mm; the chamber measures 400 x 560 x 330 mm. Operation is at 230 V, 50/60 Hz, with maximum power uptake of about 2500 W. The oven from manufacturer Memmert is intended for routine thermal applications that benefit from forced convection and documented process data.

Questions about Universal oven UF75plus, 74l, 20-300°C
What is this article?
Universal oven UF75plus, 74l, 20-300°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Memmert for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Instrumenten.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
