Description

Nalgene™ tank liners of coex polyethylene film are flat-bottom open-bag liners designed to expand mixing capabilities for cost-effective single-use processing of biopharmaceutical and diagnostic reagent fluids in rigid Nalgene cylindrical plastic tanks. Fabricated from animal-derived component free (ADCF) coex polyethylene film, they fit Nalgene cylindrical tanks ranging from 19 l (5 gal.) to 787 l (200 gal.). The gamma-irradiated, food-grade film is non-cytotoxic and certified pyrogen-free, supporting sensitive laboratory and production workflows. Each liner provides 150 gal. capacity and the product is supplied as a case of 10 pieces. Constructed from polyethylene, these liners from manufacturer Thermo Scientific enable hygienic disposable processing that reduces cleaning validation effort and cross-contamination risk. They are well suited to biopharma, diagnostic and general laboratory environments where rapid changeover, reliable containment and consistent single-use performance improve operational efficiency for reagent handling and fluid mixing applications.

Questions about Tank Liner,568L/150Gal, 25kGy

What is this article?

Tank Liner,568L/150Gal, 25kGy is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Thermo Scientific - Laboratory Plastics for laboratory use. It sits in Bidons & jerrycans, inside Bouteilles et contenants, in Matériel de laboratoire.

A canister or jerrycan holds litres, not millilitres, and it is shaped to be carried and to pour. The material has to survive the liquid for the whole time the can sits in the store.

A laboratory bottle is a closed container with a stated volume and a neck that takes a cap, a stopper or a dispenser. Borosilicate glass is the choice when the liquid is a solvent, or when the bottle will be heated or autoclaved. Polyethylene and polypropylene are the choice when the bottle must not shatter, or when hydrofluoric acid would attack glass. A narrow mouth pours. A wide mouth is for powders and for reaching the bottom. Laboratory ware of this kind is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Traceable volume sits with the BIPM and NIST Physical Measurement.
