Redundancy circuit 400 V with LF and pressure measurement manages two Protegra-CS-RO-EDI 120 systems operated in parallel with a downstream tank and level measurement, distribution booster pumps and Q3 reject. Permeate production alternates between both RO systems; when the tank level falls below the switch-on threshold of 50 %, the second system is engaged—this value is adjustable. Distribution likewise alternates between both pumps. If minimum or maximum pressure is reached, the pumps shut down; factory presets are 1 bar minimum and 6 bar maximum and remain adjustable. The unit provides a start/stop warning system plus conductivity and pressure-sensor data that control the booster pumps. Mains and pump supply are 3 × 400 V; motor protection switches cover 2,5–4 A. Four analogue outputs are available, with start via level sensor. External signalling covers RO status and faults for systems A and B as well as pump A and B faults. Loop flow, temperature and conductivity measurement, dual-RO operation, tank/loop reject and feed-water conductivity monitoring are supported.
